Mehezabin Mehedi House offers quality assurance on all our products. Please read our Warranty Policy below:
1. Coverage:
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. This does not include damages from misuse, storage errors, or normal product degradation over time.
2. Duration:
Henna cones and oils: Best used within the expiry date mentioned on packaging.
Accessories: Warranty for up to 7 days from the date of delivery for manufacturing defects.
3. Claims Process:
Send us an email or message with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the product.
We will review the claim and offer a replacement if eligible.

Products not stored as per instructions
Damages during personal use
